  • 3/4c chopped onion

  • 3/4c chopped green bell pepper

  • 3/4c chopped red bell pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1lb ground turkey 

  • 1 can kidney beans (15oz)

  • 1 black or cannellini beans (15oz)

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15oz)

  • Chili seasoning (I make mine)

  • Cilantro (optional)

  • Cheese (optional)

  • Greek yogurt (optional)

  • Fresh squeezed lime juice (optional)



  • In a skillet, cooked peppers and onion with a little olive oil (like a little. Use olive oil spray if you have it)

  •  Once onions are translucent, add turkey meat. Cook until it starts to brown then add chili seasoning, beans and diced tomatoes. 

  • Stir and cook until it bubbles. 

  • Remove from heat and serve with optional toppings or eat as is.
