Cheese Ball


  • 1 stick of Cracker Barrel white sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese at room temperature

  • 4 oz. of blue cheese

  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 small onion scraped for juice

  • Crushed walnuts and parsley


  • In a small bowl mash the cream cheese

  • Grate the cheddar cheese and crumble the blue cheese

  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and onion juice

  • Mix the cheese well and form into two balls

  • Roll the balls in a mixture of crushed walnuts and parsley to cover

  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator


Baked Honey-Walnut Brie with Figs



  • 1.5 lbs firm Brie cheese

  • 4 small fresh figs

  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit Golden

  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional


  • Preheat oven to 300*F

  • Remove rind from Brie and cut into 1-inch pieces.

  • Remove stems from the figs and slice into halves

  • Coat a 1.5 qt baking dish with cooking spray. Place the brie, figs, rosemary inside and then sprinkle with monk fruit (if omitting the honey, use 2 tablespoons of monk fruit). Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 40 minutes then remove and uncover. Sprinkle with walnuts and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, until Brie is heated through and soft around the edges.

  • Remove and drizzle with honey, if using. Serve warm with crackers, bread or apple slices.
